Title: Brie Garlic Toast

Serves 4 to 6 
 1 head garlic roasted
 1 wedge Brie cheese at room temperature
 few drops Tabasco
 1 loaf French bread, sliced
 Squeeze the garlic into a bowl, add the Brie and Tabasco.  Spread
 brie mixture on French bread and run under the broiler until bubbly.
 Serve hot.
