JAJUKH (Yogurt with cucumbers)
2-1/2 cups peeled, diced cucumbers
2 cups yogurt
1 tsp. crushed mint leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 small clove garlic-crushed
2 or 3 ice cubesBlend all ingredients and chill in refrigerator until serving time.
Serves 3-4
