Title: CLARIFYING BUTTER

 

CLARIFYING BUTTER

Put 1 pound of butter in saucepan. When melted, skim foam and then pour off butter (Liquid) 
into bowl. Discard sediment.

Note: One pound (2 Cups) of unclarified butter equals 1-1/2 to 1-2/3 cups clarified butter.
