Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

2 lbs. Beef (thin steak)

4 T. soy sauce

2 T. sugar

2 T. sesame oil (no other kind of oil-sesame is a must)

1/4 teasp. black pepper

8 medium green onions(leeks)-coarsley chopped

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 teasp. ginger(fresh)-finely chopped

4 T. water, rice wine, or other white wine

Cut beef into thin slices(about 3"x1/8"thick). Marinate the beef

in remaining ingredients for up to 1 and 1/2hrs. Broil over grill

or in frying pan. Serve with steamed rice.
