Brisket

7 to 9 lb brisket, fat trimmed off

2 tsp. Adolph's Tenderizer

1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. onion salt

8 Tbsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke

4 Tbsp. Worchestershire

4 Tbsp. Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing

2 tsp. mustard

2 Tbs

Mix all seasonings in large roasting pan. Sprinkle brisket with

tenderizer and put in pan to marinate at least 12 hours. Turn 2

to 3 times. Take from refrigerator about an hour before baking in

covered roaster at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
