Beef Brisket
1 beef brisket, trimmedcelery salt
garlic salt
onion salt
liquid smoke
Cover all sides of brisket with salts and liquid smoke. Place in
baking dish and cover with aluminum wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Cook covered in 300 degree oven until fork tender. Can be served
either sliced or shredded with your favorite barbecue sauce for
sandwiches. This is also good served without sauce.
It is much easier to slice if thoroughly cooled first. (I refrigerate
until cold, slice, then reheat to serve. Drain cooking juices before
refrigerating.)
