Title: Buttered Rum

Hot Buttered Rum Mix

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

1 pound butter, softened

1 pound powdered sugar

1 pound brown sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg (or to taste)

2 teaspoons cinnamon (or to taste)

Blend above ingredients in a mixer. Freeze in a covered container. At

serving time, for each serving, fill a mug about 3/4 full of HOT water;

add 1 heaping tablespoon of the frozen mix and 1 ounce of rum. (Light or

dark) Stir well. I like it with a little more than 1 heaping tablespoon

of mix but it does depend on the size of the mug. This is nice when

garnished with a cinnamon stick and/or additional nutmeg. ENJOY!
