Hot Buttered Rum
1 lb butter (melted)1 lb brown sugar
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice-cream (softened)
Mix the butter and the two sugars well. Then add it to the softened
ice-cream and mix well. Freeze. To serve: Place a heaping tablespoon
of ice-cream mixture into a mug, add boiling water and a jigger
of rum. Sit by a roaring fire and enjoy!
