6 cups milk
 1/3 cup sugar
 1 tsp. vanilla
 2 tsp. rum flavoring
 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
 Dash nutmeg
 I have made this with skim milk and it is still great.  The pudding makes
 it thick and creamy.
