I have a recipe for Egg Nog.
 3  Eggs 
 Pinch of Cream of Tartar 
 1 cup sugar  
 2 shots of Irish whiskey
 3 1/2 to 4 cups of milk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 Place the eggs in a blender. Whip at highest blender setting for 2
 minutes.  Add sugar and pinch of cream of tartar slowly to blender and
 blend 2 more minutes.  Add remaining ingredeints and continue blending 2
 or more minutes.  Top with nutmeg and serve
