Papo de Anjo( Angel's Double Chin)

   7                    yolks

2 egg whites

1 tbsp flour

butter

Syrup

4 c sugar

3 c water

1 orange peel

2 tbsp rum

1. Whip egg yolks until lemony colored

2 Add flour and continue whipping 1 minute.

3. Whip whites until they form soft peaks

4. Fold white into yolks

5.Butter 12 muffin tins and pour batter to half full tins

6.Place tins into a pan with water and bake at 350 until firm.

7. Make a light syrup . Let it cool to warm

8. Poke holes in each little cake and drop them into the syrup.

9. Let stand at least 6 hours before serving

10. Keep them in the syrup in a glass bowl
