Title: Apple Cinnamon

 2 tablespoons gluten
 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 1/3 teaspoon salt
 1/3 cup applesauce
 1 1/2 cups bread flour
 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
 3/4 cup water
 Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's instruction.
