Applesauce Bread
Use the sweet or basic cycle1 3/4 cups applesauce
3 tbs margarine or butter
2 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast
This is for a 2 lb loaf. Makes excellent french toast.
