  1 lb                                                 1.5 lb
 1-1/4 tsp.           active dry yeast               2 teaspoons
 2 cups               bread flour                    3 cups
 2 tbsp.              wheat germ                     3 tablespoons
 2 tbsp.              powdered milk                  3 tablespoons
 1 tbsp.              sugar                          1-1/2 tablespoons
 1/2 tsp.             grated nutmeg                  3/4 teaspoon
 1 tbsp.              vegetable oil                  1-1/2 tablespoons
 3/4 cup              mashed ripe banana             1 cup plus 2 tbsp.
 1/2 cup              sour cream or plain yogurt     3/4 cup
 1/4 cup              water                          1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp.
 1/2 cup              raisins or chopped nuts        3/4 cup
 Add all ingredients except the raisins or nuts in the order suggested
 by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle
 . At the beep, add the raisins or nuts.
