dry buttermilk 3 T 4 T
bread flour 2 c 3 c
salt 1 t 1 1/2 t
sugar 1 T 1 1/2 T
shredded extra-sharp cheddar 2 oz 3 oz
water 7/8 c 1 c + 2 T
Use light crust setting.
