Buttermilk Bread
(2 pound loaf)
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 t salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 T butter
3 cups bread flour
2 t yeast (2.5 t in winter)
Place ingredients in bread machine in listed order. Prepare using
white bread course with the desired crust setting. Makes wonderful
bread for toast, sandwiches, etc. and the leftover bread can be
cubed for great croutons.
