Mozzarella And Sun-dried Tomato Bread
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 3/4 c flour, bread
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
7/8 c water, warm
1/2 c mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Drain tomatoes well, reserving oil to use in bread. Bring all
ingredients to room temperature. Pour all ingredients into bakery,
in order. Select "white bread" and push Start.
