125g butter, melted
 1/4 c sugar
 1 egg
 1 c milk
 1 c apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 c flour
 4 tsp baking powder
 Lightly oil a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 190 deg C.  This
 recipe makes 12 muffins.
 Put the first four ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the
 apple and stir, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until
 just blended.  Two-thirds fill the muffin tins. Sprinkle a little
 sugar and cinnamon on top of each muffin and bake for 15-20 mins.
