1 3/4 cups flour
 1/4 cup sugar
 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
 1/2 tsp salt
 1 tsp cinnamon 
 1 beaten egg
 3/4 cup milk
 1/3 cup cooking oil
 5/8 cup applesauce 
 Sift together dry ingredients.  Combine wet ingredients (except
 applesauce) and add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just
 until moistened.  Fold in applesauce.  Fill greased muffin pans
 2/3 full.  Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
