1 1/4 c sifted flour  
 1 T baking powder
 1 T sugar       
 1/2 t salt       
 1 egg, beaten 
 1 c milk       
 2 T oil       
 1/2 mashed banana
 Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.  Set aside.
 Combine egg, milk and oil, add to flour mixture.  Add banana.
 Note that the quantitly of banana can vary greatly.  When using
 very ripe bananas, less banana can be used.  Experiment with quantity
 to see what you like !
 Any basic pancake recipe will do with some mashed banana added.
 I ususally use Bisquick because we like it.  For 2 cups of Bisquick
 use 1 small banana.
