Whole wheat-banana pancakes
1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp sugar
1 large egg
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the egg, honey, butter, and
milk. Finally, blend in the bananas. Makes about 20 4" pancakes.
Variation: Substitute two apples and a tsp of cinnamon for bananas.
