Butter Crepes

4 eggs

2 cups flour

2 cups milk

1/2 cup melted butter

Combine everything, plus 1/4 tsp salt; blend for 1 minute. Scrape

down sides, then blend for another 15 seconds. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Makes about 20.
