Basic Crepes

2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 1/8 cups milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

Combine all ingredients plus 1/8 tsp salt. Blend one minute; scrape

down and blend 15 seconds more. Refrigerate at least one hour before

making crepes. Makes about 10.
