Banana Cream Bread With Chocolate
1/2 cup butter3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Blend butter, cream cheese, and sugar in mixer until creamy. Add
bananas, egg and sour cream. Stir flour with chocolate chips,
baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture and
stir until just mixed. Pour into buttered 5x9 loaf pan. Bake in
325 oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until edges pull away from pan.
Turn bread on rack. Cool. Could be made into muffins.
