Mayonnaise Herb Biscuits
2 cups self-rising flour1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs fresh sage, or more to taste
1 cup milk
Try other individual herb or mixed herbs as well - chives, parsley,
and thyme, dill, or sage is an excellent blend.
Combine all the ingredients, mix well. Divide the dough into the
cups of a 12 compartment greased muffin tin. Bake in preheated
400-degree oven for 12-15 minutes. The sage biscuits are excellent
with chicken or pork dishes.
