CRANBERRY BISCUITS

4 cups flour

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 cup butter

2 cups heavy cream

2 tsp vanilla

6 tbs sugar

pinch salt

1 cup cranberries, chopped

2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Cut in butter till pea size

crumbs. In another bowel whip together cream with eggs and vanilla.

Stir in the cranberries.

Stir mixture into dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened

and dough clings together. Don't overmix. Turn mixture onto

floured board and pat or roll into a 3/8 inch thickness. cut into

desired shapes. Bake 350 until golden about 10 to 15 minutes.
