ABSOLUTELY APRICOT BREAD

3/4 cup water

2 1/4 cups bread flour

1 tablespoon dry milk or malted milk powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons apricot jam

1/2 cup dried apricots

2 teaspoons yeast

Mix. Let rise to double. Shape into loaf and let rise to double.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
