Subject: Different Sourdough Biscuits

Yeast Biscuits
1 pkg. yeast1 cup warm water
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
5 cups flour (maybe more)
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix together thoroughly with all of the
ingredients except flour. Add 5 or more cups of flour and mix
well. Put the dough in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for 12
hours or more before using. When ready to bake, roll out the dough
and pinch off biscuits. Bake in a greased pan in a 450 degree oven
until golden brown.
