Breakfast Casserole

can of 8 crescent rolls

1 lb. sausage

2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

3/4 cup milk

4 eggs

In a 13x9 Pyrex dish, press rolls into bottom of dish so as to form

a crust (do not form rolls according to directions on package).

Cook sausage in a pan, ground and drain. Pour sausage onto crust.

Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix together milk and eggs with a

whisk. Pour mixture evenly over cheese. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
