Breakfast Casserole 17
Brunch Egg Casserole
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 can chopped green chiles
dash salt
Preheat oven to 400. Combine melted butter and beaten eggs together,
and then add dry ingredients and mix. Spread mixture evenly in a
9x11" greased baking dish and bake at for 15 minutes. Reduce heat
to 350 and continue baking for 35-40 minutes.
