Breakfast Casserole 21

Christmas Omelet

10 slices of bread

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

1 lb. bacon, cooked

6 eggs

3 cups milk

1/2 tsp. salt

The night before, trim crust off bread, cube and put into ungreased

9 x 12 baking dish. Cover bread with grated cheese. Put a layer

of crumbled bacon over cheese.

In large bowl beat eggs, add milk and salt. Pour milk mixture over

bread, cheese and bacon. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Bake 45 mins at 350 degrees. Serves 8
