Breakfast Shake 02
Yogurt Shakes
1 c plain yogurt
1 c orange juice
1 banana
additional fruit (a handful of berries, a peach, 1/2 mango, etc.)
Toss it all into the blender and puree. Makes one big or two small
shakes.
