Brunch Eggs

Brunch Egg Dish

2 dozen eggs, hard boiled and halved

1 tsp Lowry's seasoned salt

1 pound ground ham or SPAM

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon catsup

2 tablespoons margarine

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk

1/2 pound grated cheese

Make cheese sauce by melting margarine and flour together, then

slowly pouring in milk. Add grated cheese by handfuls into hot

mixture, whisking until cheese is fully melted.

Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham,

mayo and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread

sauce on top.

Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole.
