Bentons's Sauce - A Variation On The Tradition

      Yield: 1 /4 pint

2 tb Fresh grated horseradish

2 ts Mustard English

2 ts Caster sugar

4 fl Malt vinegar

Place everything except vinegar into a bowl, stir well

and gradually add the malt vinegar.
