 Subject: Chocolate Cake 

2/3 cup vegetable oil
 1 2/3 cups sugar
 3 eggs
 2/3 cup cocoa
 1 1/3 cups water
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 2 cups flour
 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 13"x9"x2" oblong
 pan.  Cream oil and sugar and add eggs.  Sift together flour, baking
 powder, baking soda, and salt.  Add alternately with mixture of
 cocoa, water, and vanilla.  Bake 40 minutes.
