1/2 cup vegetable shortening
 1/2 cup butter
 4 cups confectioners sugar
 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
 1 Tbsp. milk
 Combine butter and shortening in a mixer.  When well combined,
 begin to add sugar, 1 cup at a time.  When all sugar has been added,
 mixture will be thick.  Add milk to obtain desired consistency.
 Add vanilla to taste.  You may also add food coloring.
