1 c butter
 4 c powdered sugar
 1 lb bitter chocolate
 1/4 c hot water
 2 T instant coffee
 Mix the coffee into the water, let dissolve completely.  Melt the
 chocolate, and let cool until just manipulable.  Cream the butter.
 Cream in 1/2 the sugar, then the chocolate, then the remaining
 sugar.  Thin to the desired consistency with the coffee.
