1/2 cup cocoa
 4 Tablespoons cornstarch
 1 1/2 cups sugar     
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 2 cups milk
 1 Tablespoon butter
 2 teaspoons vanilla
 Combine cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and salt.  Stir in milk slowly.
 Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously.  Add butter and
 vanilla.  Cool, then spread
 Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat
 cake frosting.
