EUROPEAN CHOCOLATE ICING
1 tbs. butter4 oz. semisweet chocolate
6 tbs. whipping cream
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler over hot water. When
melted, add cream and beat well.
Sift and add, until the desired sweetness is reached and the icing
is smooth, the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread while warm.
