Title: Chocolate 13

1 c sugar
 3 tb cornstarch)
 1/8 ts salt
 1 c boiling water
 2 tb margarine
 1 c chocolate chips (6 oz)
 1 ts vanilla
 Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water.  Cook, stirring
 constantly, till it comes to a boil, boil one min. and remove from
 heat.  Stir in chips till smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla.
 Spread while warm.
