Lemon Glaze
3/4 cup sugar2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons grated lemon rind
1 Tablespoon butter
1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt with 3/4 cup water in a saucpan;
mix well. Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat. Add lemon rind and butter; stir in
lemon juice gradually. Cool thoroughly.
