MAPLE BUTTER FROSTING

1 liter icing sugar

100 ml butter, softened

1/2 ml salt

150 ml maple syrup

Combine sugar, butter and salt. Beat in maple syrup; continue

beating until fluffy. Makes about 725 mL.
