Mocha Frosting
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. instant coffee
Dash of salt
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a large bowl, cream butter, cocca, instant coffee and salt
together. Slowly mix in 1 cup powdered sugar. Add remaining 2 cups
powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
