 Subject: Peanut Butter Candy Balls 

1 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
 2 sticks margarine
 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 Several chunks of milk chocolate
 Knead together all ingredients, except the chocolate, and form into
 small balls. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Stick a toothpick
 into each ball and dip into the chocolate, leaving a circle on top
 uncoated to resemble a buckeye. Set on waxed paper and chill to
 harden. Can also be frozen.
