Buckeyes
2 sticks melted margarine1 box confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Mix above and roll into bite size balls. Dip in chocolate (Melt
1 bag semi sweet choc chips and 1/2 block of parafin in double
boiler). Let cool on wax paper. I have also dipped it in the
white chocolate almond bark and it is good too. You could also
use the chocolate blocks (same container as almond bark) and don't
add parafin.
