Title: Pineapple-Chipotle Salsa

   1                    pineapple -- peeled and diced
   1                    green pepper -- diced
   1                    red pepper -- diced
   1                    red onion -- diced
   3                    chipotle peppers -- minced
     1/4  cup           cilantro -- chopped
   2                    limes -- zested and juiced
     1/2  cup           sugar
   2      teaspoons     chili powder
   2      teaspoons     coriander
   2      teaspoons     cumin
   2      teaspoons     salt
Mix ingredients together.
