Chili

Ingredients:

A: 2 onions, diced

2 cloves crushed garlic

1/4 cup oil

B: 2 pounds ground beef

3/4 cup dark beer

C: 3 tb chili powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

D: 1 28 oz. Can crushed tomatoes

3 pounds canned red kidney beans

Salt and pepper to taste

A: place in heated oil, add onions and garlic. Saute until transparent.

B: add the beef a little at a time. Brown. Add beer.

C: sprinkle in seasonings

D: add crushed tomatoes and drained kidney beans. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer for hours. Correct seasoning to taste.
