Chili
2 pounds chuck, coarsely ground3 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can beef broth
1 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
dash salt, marjoram, ground red pepper, coriander
brown sugar (optional)
Brown meat, drain. Add all other ingredients, simmer for 45 minutes.
Adjust seasonings, simmer 15 more minutes.
