Chili con Carne

(4 servings)

1 large onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

500 g minced meat

1 large can tomatoes

1 can red kidney beans

1 can sweetcorn (optional)

salt

pepper

oregano

cumin

hot chili powder

cayenne pepper

Heat some oil in a large pot and fry the diced onion bell pepper, spices

for a couple of minutes. Add the meat and fry until brown. Add tomatoes,

kidney beans and sweetcorn. Cover and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.

Season to taste - use as many other hot spices as you like! Enjoy!
