Beef Noodle Stir-Fry

1      Tablespoon    oil

1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 3x1x1/4"

8 ounces beef flavor instant ramen noodle

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup purchased stir-fry sauce

1 pound Green Giant American Mixtures

Style Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pea Pods &

Peppers -- thawed

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef. Cook

and stir 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Reduce heat to med.

Break noodles into pieces. Add noodles, contents of seasoning packet, water

and stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil,

stirring freq. Cover; simmer 3-4 min. Stir in vegetables. Cook 2-4 minutes

or until noodles are cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are

crisp-tender.
